Shipping & Returns

Shipping - Shipping charges will be calculated at check out and all orders will be shipped promptly within 1-3 days of purchase. Free standard shipping available on all orders $75 and above. Expedited priority shipping is also available.  Tracking numbers will be provided so you will know exactly when to expect your order. 

Returns - We always want you to be satisfied and happy with any purchase made.  We are so confident in our products that we happily offer refillable travel size discovery sets so you can try any of our products before purchasing a full size product.  Full size items are available for return within 30 days of your ship date. All items must be returned in its original condition (unused and unaltered) and in its original packaging.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees will be deducted at the time of refund. To begin a return, please email rosehavencastle@gmail.com with your order number. We will send a link to print out your return label.  

Damaged or Lost Merchandise - All of our products are packaged with the utmost care, however if an item is damaged during shipment or does not arrive, notify us immediately at: rosehavencastle@gmail.com
Please include your order number, and description of the damage. Please do not discard the product or packaging as these materials may be required for your claim to be processed.
